Ashewood's bereavement services are a necessary part of the Hospice philosophy. The bereavement staff meets with patients and family members to assess needs and develop a plan of care. For however long family members need our help, the bereavement staff will continue to follow the family through its grieving time; we have no "set" time frame for our services, which are available to patients, their families, and anyone in the community.
In addition to counseling, support groups, etc., we can provide informational programs for the community.
